Paul has a wealth of specialist recruitment experience within the Semiconductor, Software and Systems industries. Throughout his career he has successfully completed a variety of projects across North America, Europe and APAC for a diverse number of organisations.

Paul’s motivation and determination has enabled ETS's progression and growth into the North American market where he has forged an enviable network of senior and mid-level contacts within industry leading organisations. Clients have found both Paul's network and expertise invaluable in helping them bridge the gap between North America and Europe. Recent assignments have focused on commercial hires at Director/VP level as well as key hires within engineering.
